IMPORTANT   NOTICE

 Dear Customers/Shareholders/Investors of  Elbit Medical Imaging Co. and Plaza Centers Co.,

           Elbit Medical Imaging Co., is the parent company of the recently formed Plaza Centers Co., which is currently carrying out excavations on a site in Plzen, Czech Republic that is known to be an ancient Jewish cemetery. This cemetery dates back to the fifteenth century.  Despite the requests and pleading on behalf of world Jewry to stop the excavation which endangers this historic cemetery, they have knowingly chosen to continue their despicable sacrilege. Therefore, we now turn to you, investors, customers, and shareholders of the company, to use your influence with Elbit to help stop their callous actions that offend the sensitivities of hundreds, possibly thousands of descendants of those buried in this historic cemetery.

           The honor of our ancestors, whose eternal resting place is in this cemetery, is very important and dear to the Jewish people. Any disgrace to their honor pains the Jewish communities the world over and will only encourage others to do the same, especially in areas that no longer have active or sizeable Jewish communities to protect these sites

           Please have pity on the feelings and honor of others, and in the long-run on your own finances. We ask you to email, fax, or call, the individuals listed below. Please use all of your power to pressure the appropriate individuals in this company to prevent the tragic desecration of the Jewish cemetery in Plzen, western Czech Republic.
